Message	out in spec. If that is the case then it is most likely due to the injector getting gummed up or some other contaminate. Using the 9V may alleviate the problem, if it does not then you will have to pull the injector and have it cleaned/tested or replaced. Use the 9V multiple times like I described above to confirm you can't get the injector to fire before deciding to pull the injector.
